The mind if used correctly it can be a very powerful tool in moving us forward in our lives. It can be our best friend or our worst enemy. Sometimes making us feel empowered, inspired, happy and healthy or anxious, depressed, grief-stricken, lost, stressed, empty and alone Due to our busy lifestyles, more often than not we experience emotional and mental challenges and without external assistance, it can be very difficult to work through these challenges alone, find a solution and move forward in a healthy wholesome way.
This is where life or wellness coaching can be very helpful! Unlike counseling, we don't need to trudge through our past, again and again, to try to make sense of it, we simply connect with the issues that are arising in the present moment and together explore different strategies to help you shift your perspective and move forward in your life in an inspired healthy happy way. Most of our life is filled with things we cannot control, just about the only thing we do have control over is ourselves and how we choose to see the world!
When we change your mindset, we can then transform our lives! Most people are held back by their own limiting beliefs, they become trapped in a cycle of negative self-talk and become convinced they’re unworthy or unable to accomplish their goals.
Throughout each session, I use different coaching strategies, as well as utilizing my ability to hold space, access intuition and recognize subtle transmissions of information that are received through inner guidance and psychic abilities. This helps us to uncover, identify and break through any limiting beliefs and negative patterns that may be holding you back on a deeper subtle layers - mind, intelligence, and ego. These are the areas of ourselves that we often cannot see very clearly. But we experience them when we feel anxiety, depression, fear, anger, resentment, negative self-talk...etc I will give you tools to be able to not only access these parts of yourself but help you heal yourself too. Slowly and gently we can face, accept, release and transform these parts of ourselves so that we are able to move forward in a healthy, loving, wholesome ways.
